Once my visitor clicks my link what happens next?
Solution
Once your visitor clicks your affiliate link, either on your web site, a banner or a text link they will be forwarded to a central page that our back office server runs. The visitor will complete the form on the page. Once the visitor hits submit on that page, there details are sent to our system. Our system then sends an email out to the affiliate that sent the visitor with the information required to contact the potential client/visitor. The affiliate will be alerted with the following details of the lead.
Full name
Email
Phone
Best time to call
Amount of debt
The visitor will also be sent an email with your affiliate information, how to contact you etc. This will allow the visitor to contact you if you someway miss the email from our system.
Once you have the information you need from the visitor/lead, you should start to make contact with them, we always try to do this by telephone as it’s a much more personal affair and you can start to relate to the client. Once you have the client ready to sign up and process his/her order you should either proceed to do this online via our online ordering form, or via our phone order processing.
